I hear people talk all the time or external frame backpacks internal frame backpacks. Questions that is better, which is lighter, etc.? Well, if you ask me, is more of comfort, weight and personal preferences.
It is a model better than another? It depends on what and where you walk.
Backpack With Frame
In Scouts, I have many internal frame backpacks, until 1990, and are becoming more popular every year. Usthe boys would have started (usually about 10 1 / 2 to 11 years) in the external frame backpacks, and when they become older they usually bought the internal frame models.
Scouts should I go to them for various reasons:
Compact, so more stable
Better packaging and easier to get items
Better manageability on how you can move more easily on the track
More pockets, which allows for better packaging and Organization
Embrace the comfort the body better for hilly and mountainous regions
Expandable outside pockets for additional attachment
They can be adjusted to better fit hikers. This does not mean that the outer frame is not suited to be a good fit. Really means is that the inside of a snuggers in shape and therefore a better fit.
The chassis is built in a backpack. Because it is an entity that> Backpack in shape and move as one unit with walkers. Give more balance and movement control.
The only downside on the inside is that they cost a little 'more than the external frame backpacks. And, it's up to you if you want to start a child with one.
